Debi has twenty-four years of experience as a therapist in Reflexology, Reiki, Spiritual Healing and Craniosacral therapy. She has also studied Counselling and Art Psychotherapy and has also taught Reiki for many years. Debi is now training in QHHT, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, developed by Dolores Cannon.

Debi has worked for seven years as a Reiki therapist at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Brighton treating over a thousand children and has DBS approval. She is highly Intuitive and often picks up on things others may have overlooked. Debi speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.

With her teaching and working in a hospital setting experience in mind, she created a New SELF CARE therapy. Debi would like everyone to have the same opportunity to learn from an early age a simple practice to help you manage stress and anxiety. And so, Serenity Self Care Therapy was born!
Debi is currently managing and working at a Reiki clinic project, through Activelightworks charity, at the Broadway Surgery, in Brighton, UK.

SERENITY SELF CARE THERAPY

Serenity Self Care has developed out of my daily self practice, that I have been practising for 28 years. Serenity is a wellness practice that can help us return to balanced functioning on every level. It is a gentle, simple practice where you lay your hands on your own body. This laying of hands allows our body to respond out of its own wisdom, moving out of stress into a state where balancing occurs and our own self-healing mechanism engages. 

SSC includes a set of 8 light touch hand positions and a gratitude prayer. You create your own daily practice according to your needs. Sometimes you may only want to do one or two of the hand positions and that is absolutely fine. I believe as we are learning to know ourselves, to listen to our bodies, our inner wisdom guides us to what we need. 

When we practice self love and gratitude we build resilience from within. We become in harmony with ourselves so that we can become in harmony with the world around us. Serenity is a gift from me to you, so that you can shine at your best, be the best you can be daily. Serenity practice helps you in supporting healthy relationships and owning your personal impact in these relationships. As we navigate being a human in our present society we need to remember to be gentle and kind to ourselves so that we can be gentle and kind towards everyone else.

HOW DO I LEARN SERENITY? 

Step1 - Watch the 7 FREE tutorial videos

Step 2 - Practice as many or as little hand positions you need on a daily basis. Keep a dairy of how you are feeling. Notice any changes in you. Write them down and date it.

Step 4 - Join our Serenity Community on Facebook and Join me on Zoom for our Monthly Serenity practice shares. Meet like minded people from all over the world. I am an Intern on Level 1 of this wonderful therapy. I am looking for people to practice on.
