I started Serenity Self Care Practice on the 5th August 2021. I found the content very clear, very simple and easy to follow. However, I found the whole sequence too long and felt impatient. Despite being hyper active and finding it difficult to practice yoga and impossible to meditate, some of the positions gave me a sense of calm and comfort , especially the throat one. I now only practice the SSC hand positions that I feel intuitively do bring me calm and comfort. I practice when I wake up and when I go to sleep as I prefer doing it in bed. It helps me start/ end the day in a calm, positive mood.Roberta M
Serenity Self Care "After doing one session led by Deborah, with her soothing and compassionate voice, I simply find myself putting my hands on my heart and either solar plexus or naval areas . Deborah's instructional system and videos has put me in contact with something intuitive within me. Sometimes I just need to put my hands on for a few seconds and I'll bounce up with clarity and vitality. This practice is flexible and I feel it has become a part of my life in a natural flow. The Self Love addition to the self healing program is exactly what I need. I totally recommend to everyone who is looking for something that is not far removed from who we naturally are.Ashkaa R.F.
